Northwest Strength Institute (NWSI) was founded with the intent to bring an intelligent and practical approach to weightlifting; back and spine health are the foundation of training here. We build this foundation by training motor control of the hip, abdomen, and scapula. The foundation of motor control and strength built with NWSI empowers our clients to become mechanically strong and physically resilient people both in- and outside of the gym.
